How NEWVERA LLC collects, uses, shares, protects and retains personal information connected with newvera.shop and our digital creative services.

Last updated: August 30, 2026

1. Introduction and scope

This Privacy Policy explains how NEWVERA LLC handles personal information in connection with newvera.shop, customer inquiries, purchases, creative briefs, support requests and delivery of digital branding and creative design services.

Because NEWVERA is a creative services business, much of the information we process relates to customers’ businesses, brands and project instructions. Some of that information may still be personal information when it identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual.

2. Who controls the information

For information collected for NEWVERA’s own business operations, the responsible business is:

NEWVERA LLC
Branding & Creative Design Studio
271 W. Short St, Ste 410 #2898
Lexington, KY 40507
United States

Website: newvera.shop
Email: support@newvera.shop
Phone: +1 (859) 595-9811

Third parties such as payment processors may independently control information they collect directly under their own privacy notices.

3. Information you provide directly

We may collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, billing contact information, business names, website addresses, social handles and other contact details submitted through the site, checkout, email, support communications or project forms.

We also receive information that you voluntarily include in project messages, feedback, revision instructions, refund requests and other communications.

4. Business and project information

Creative briefs may contain details about the customer’s company, products, audience, industry, positioning, launch plans, competitors, visual preferences and business goals. We use this information to understand the requested creative service.

Please avoid sending information that is not reasonably necessary for the project, especially highly sensitive personal information.

5. Customer files and creative materials

Customers may send existing logos, photos, graphics, written copy, reference images, brand guidelines, screenshots and other project files. NEWVERA processes these materials for design, revision, delivery, quality assurance and related customer support.

The customer should have the right to provide these materials. Privacy and intellectual-property obligations may both apply to customer-supplied files.

6. Information collected during checkout

Checkout may collect the customer’s name, billing details, transaction amount, currency, payment status and other information needed to process and reconcile the order.

Complete card numbers and card security codes may be collected directly by Stripe or another payment processor. NEWVERA generally receives limited transaction metadata rather than the complete payment credential.

7. Technical and usage information

Depending on the website configuration, technical information may include IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referral information, pages visited, approximate timestamps, error logs and security-related signals.

This information may be generated automatically by hosting, security, WordPress, analytics or similar website systems.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies, local storage and similar technologies may support security, checkout, site preferences and website operation. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies, if used, are addressed in the Cookie Policy.

9. Where information comes from

We receive information directly from customers and website visitors, automatically from website infrastructure and from service providers involved in payment, hosting, security, communication or delivery.

We may also receive information from an authorized representative placing an order for a business or from team members involved in the same customer project.

10. Why we use personal information

We may use information to:

  • create and administer customer orders;
  • understand creative briefs and produce designs;
  • communicate about projects, revisions and approvals;
  • deliver files and restore access to deliveries;
  • process payments and accounting records;
  • respond to support, refund and cancellation requests;
  • detect fraud or abuse;
  • protect the website and business;
  • comply with applicable legal obligations; and
  • improve service operations and website performance.

11. Legal bases where applicable

Where a jurisdiction requires identification of a legal basis, NEWVERA may process information because it is necessary to perform a contract or take steps requested before a contract, because NEWVERA has a legitimate interest in operating and protecting the business, because consent has been provided, or because processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

The relevant basis depends on the activity and the law that applies.

12. Service communications

Transactional messages about payments, briefs, revisions, deliveries, support, security or policy matters are service communications. They are not treated the same way as optional promotional email because they may be necessary to complete or support a purchase.

13. Marketing communications

If NEWVERA sends optional promotional communications, recipients may opt out using the method provided in the message or by contacting support. Opting out of marketing does not necessarily stop service-related messages for an active order.

14. How we share information

We may share information with vendors that help provide necessary business functions, including payment processors, hosting providers, website tools, email providers, cloud-storage services, security services, professional advisers and other contractors supporting the service.

We share only information reasonably needed for the relevant function and do not authorize service providers to use customer information for unrelated purposes merely because they process it for NEWVERA.

15. Stripe and payment providers

Payment providers may use transaction information for processing, authentication, fraud prevention, legal compliance and their own regulated payment operations. Their treatment of payment information is governed by their own privacy terms and applicable law.

16. Sale of personal information

NEWVERA does not operate its branding business by selling customer personal information for money. If a law defines “sale” more broadly and NEWVERA ever engages in an activity that falls within that definition, applicable disclosures and choices will be provided as required.

17. Targeted advertising and profiling

NEWVERA’s normal design-service workflow does not require automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant decisions about customers. If targeted advertising technologies are introduced, the website and this policy should reflect the relevant use and any required opt-out mechanism.

18. Portfolio and public project work

Where permitted by the project terms, NEWVERA may display completed public-facing creative work in a portfolio. Portfolio use is about displaying the design work, not publishing unnecessary personal information.

Customers with confidential, unreleased, white-label or embargoed projects should communicate those requirements before publication.

19. Data retention

Retention periods depend on the type of information and why it is needed. NEWVERA may retain order records, invoices, transaction references, customer communications and project files for periods reasonably necessary to support customers, maintain accounting records, handle disputes, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

Some design working files may be removed earlier or retained longer depending on production needs. Customers should keep their own copies of final deliverables.

20. Security

NEWVERA uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to a small digital creative business. Measures may include account controls, secure payment processing through specialist providers, access restrictions and reputable hosting services.

No internet transmission, email system, cloud platform or storage system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

21. Data minimization and sensitive information

NEWVERA’s standard service usually requires business and project information, not highly sensitive personal data. Customers should not send Social Security numbers, passwords, payment-card security codes, private authentication credentials, medical records or other unrelated sensitive information unless a specific lawful workflow clearly requires it.

22. General privacy rights

Depending on location and applicable law, an individual may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection or information about certain disclosures. Rights are not identical in every jurisdiction and may be subject to legal exceptions.

23. Kentucky and other U.S. state privacy rights

If a U.S. state privacy law applies to NEWVERA and the requesting individual, NEWVERA will evaluate and respond to supported requests in accordance with that law. Applicability may depend on statutory thresholds, exemptions and the relationship between the individual and the business.

NEWVERA does not claim that every state privacy statute applies to every customer transaction.

24. California privacy information

California residents may have rights under applicable California privacy law depending on the business’s legal obligations and statutory thresholds. Requests can be submitted to support@newvera.shop. NEWVERA may need to verify identity and may deny or limit a request where the law permits.

25. EEA, UK and similar data-protection rights

Where European Economic Area or UK data-protection law applies, individuals may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to complain to an appropriate supervisory authority.

International customers should understand that NEWVERA operates from the United States and service providers may process information in multiple countries.

26. International transfers

Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where NEWVERA’s service providers operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the responsible provider or NEWVERA will use an appropriate lawful mechanism to the extent required.

27. How to make a privacy request

Send privacy requests to support@newvera.shop and describe the right you want to exercise. Include enough information for NEWVERA to identify relevant records without sending unnecessary sensitive data.

NEWVERA may request reasonable verification before disclosing, correcting or deleting information. Authorized-agent requests may require proof of authority where permitted.

28. Appeals and complaints

If an applicable law provides a right to appeal a privacy decision, the response from NEWVERA will explain the available process where required. Individuals may also have the right to complain to a regulator or supervisory authority in their jurisdiction.

29. Children

NEWVERA’s standard services are directed to businesses, founders, creators and other adult customers. The website is not designed as a service for children, and NEWVERA does not knowingly solicit children’s personal information for normal branding projects.

30. Third-party links and services

The website or project communications may link to third-party services. NEWVERA is not responsible for independent privacy practices of a third party that collects information directly from the user under that third party’s own terms.

31. Policy changes

NEWVERA may update this Privacy Policy as website technologies, vendors, services or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on the website with an updated date where appropriate.
