Cancellations, explained clearly.

Detailed cancellation rules for NEWVERA’s customized digital branding projects and how timing affects financial treatment.

Last updated: August 30, 2026

1. Purpose

This Cancellation Policy explains how a customer can stop a NEWVERA project and how the timing of cancellation affects work already performed and possible refund treatment.

2. How to request cancellation

Send a clear cancellation request to support@newvera.shop and include the customer name, order email, package, business name and approximate purchase date. A cancellation request is most effective when sent before additional work is performed.

3. Why timing matters

NEWVERA sells customized creative labor. An order that is canceled before production begins is materially different from an order canceled after research, design, delivery or revisions have occurred.

4. Before the brief is complete

If payment succeeded but NEWVERA is still waiting for the information required to begin, the customer should contact support immediately. The order may be easier to stop before production starts.

5. Before substantive production

A prompt cancellation before substantive custom production may be eligible for more favorable refund treatment than a later cancellation, subject to transaction circumstances and applicable law.

6. After brief review and preparation

Reviewing the brief, organizing project information, researching the design direction and preparing production may constitute performed service. Cancellation at this stage may not be treated as an entirely unstarted order.

7. After design production begins

Once custom creative work has started, the customer may still ask NEWVERA to stop, but cancellation does not automatically require a full refund of work already performed.

8. After initial delivery

After the first design delivery, a substantial part of the purchased service may already have been fulfilled. A customer who wants changes should consider using included revisions if the issue can reasonably be resolved through refinement.

9. During revision rounds

Cancellation during revisions does not erase the value of the original design or completed revision work. Financial treatment depends on the project history.

10. After final approval

Once final approval is given, NEWVERA may consider the creative phase complete. A later decision not to use the branding is generally not the same as canceling an unperformed service.

11. After final delivery

A fully delivered project is normally complete rather than cancelable. Technical support or corrections may still be available where appropriate.

12. Customer delays

If the customer stops responding, NEWVERA may place the project on hold. Customer inactivity does not automatically cancel the order, reset the package or create additional refund rights.

13. Reactivation after inactivity

When an inactive customer returns, NEWVERA may resume work according to the current production queue. Very old projects may require confirmation that the original brief and business information remain accurate.

14. Changing business name

If the customer changes the business name after production begins, rebuilding the identity may be new scope rather than a simple cancellation or revision.

15. Changing strategy or audience

A material change to industry, audience, positioning or project objective can require a new creative direction. NEWVERA may offer a new scope instead of treating the already completed work as unused.

16. Wrong package

If the customer selected the wrong package, contact support quickly. Before production, NEWVERA may be able to change the package and reconcile the price difference.

17. NEWVERA-initiated cancellation

NEWVERA may cancel or refuse a project that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, outside reasonable capabilities or otherwise presents significant legal or operational risk.

18. Nonpayment or reversed payment

NEWVERA may suspend or cancel work if a required payment fails, is reversed or is subject to unresolved fraud concerns.

19. Abusive conduct

NEWVERA may terminate service where communications become threatening, harassing, fraudulent or materially disruptive. Legitimate criticism, refund requests and good-faith complaints are not treated as abuse merely because they are unfavorable.

20. Refund consequences

Cancellation and refund are related but not identical. The financial outcome is governed by the Refund & Dispute Policy and the actual amount of service already performed.

21. Payment-provider costs

Where payment-provider fees are nonrecoverable, their treatment in a cancellation will be handled only as legally permitted and appropriate to the transaction.

22. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback is not the same as sending a cancellation request. Customers should contact NEWVERA directly when possible so that production can be stopped promptly if cancellation is still possible.

23. No recurring package subscription

Current Starter, Social, Brand Mini and NEWVERA+ packages are one-time purchases. There is no automatic monthly or annual renewal to cancel for these standard packages.

24. Mandatory consumer rights

This policy does not remove cancellation or cooling-off rights that applicable law makes mandatory. The availability and scope of such rights can depend on the jurisdiction and whether customized services have begun with the customer’s request.
