Revisions, explained clearly.

Detailed rules for included revision rounds, consolidated feedback, scope changes, additional revisions and final approval.

Last updated: August 30, 2026

1. Purpose

This Revision Policy explains how NEWVERA LLC handles feedback after a design is presented, how included revision rounds are counted and how a revision differs from a new creative direction or expanded scope.

2. What a revision is

A revision is a reasonable change to an existing design direction created under the purchased package. It is intended to refine, correct or improve work that has already been presented.

3. Typical in-scope revisions

  • adjusting a color within the existing palette;
  • refining spacing, alignment or scale;
  • reasonable typography changes;
  • correcting customer-provided text;
  • moderate refinement of a selected logo direction;
  • reasonable edits to included templates; and
  • other changes that remain within the original brief.

4. What is not normally a revision

  • a completely new logo concept after an existing direction was developed;
  • a new business name;
  • a new audience or industry;
  • a completely different visual style;
  • new deliverables not purchased;
  • restarting after prior approval; or
  • significant new research or illustration.

5. Current included revision rounds

PackagePriceIncluded rounds
Starter$29 USD1
Social$49 USD1
Brand Mini$79 USD2
NEWVERA+$88 USD2

If the package description shown at purchase states a different allowance, that specific purchased description controls for the order.

6. Meaning of a revision round

A round means one consolidated set of feedback submitted by the customer and then implemented by NEWVERA to the extent the requested changes are within scope.

7. Consolidating feedback

Customers should review the entire delivery before sending feedback and combine requested changes into one organized message. This prevents fragmented instructions from consuming multiple rounds unnecessarily.

8. Multiple decision-makers

If a business has several partners or stakeholders, the customer should resolve internal disagreements before sending NEWVERA the final instructions. Conflicting stakeholder requests can create extra work.

9. When separate messages become separate rounds

If NEWVERA has not begun implementing feedback, several closely related messages may sometimes be combined. If NEWVERA completes one set of requested changes and then receives new changes, the later changes may count as another round.

10. Clear feedback

Specific instructions are more useful than statements such as “make it better.” NEWVERA may ask clarifying questions before beginning a revision if the desired change is unclear.

11. Revision timing

Standard in-scope revisions are generally targeted within approximately 1–2 business days after clear consolidated feedback is received. Complex or borderline-scope changes may take longer.

12. Business-name changes

Changing the business name after design production begins can require rebuilding key elements and may be treated as new scope rather than a normal revision.

13. Strategy and audience changes

A new industry, audience, positioning or project objective can invalidate the assumptions used for the original design. NEWVERA may quote separately for a significant restart.

14. New concepts

Once a customer selects a direction, later revision rounds are intended to refine that direction. Abandoning it and requesting a completely new concept may require additional concept development.

15. Additional revisions

After included rounds are used, NEWVERA may offer further revisions for an additional fee. NEWVERA is not required to provide unlimited revisions for the original package price.

16. Customer-supplied errors

The customer is responsible for accurate names, phone numbers, URLs, social handles and copy. Correcting inaccurate information supplied by the customer may count as a revision if it requires additional design work.

17. NEWVERA technical errors

A clear technical error caused by NEWVERA, such as an unusable export or omitted expressly included file, may be corrected without consuming a creative revision round.

18. Third-party limitations

A revision cannot require NEWVERA to violate a font, stock, platform or template license. If a requested asset requires a separate paid license, NEWVERA may propose an alternative or additional cost.

19. Customer delays

Long response gaps may place a project on hold. Returning later does not create extra revision rounds and may result in rescheduling according to current availability.

20. Final approval

Approval indicates that the customer accepts the direction and content at that stage. NEWVERA may then prepare final deliverables.

21. After final delivery

Changes requested after the project has been finalized may be treated as new paid work, especially where the original production files have been archived or the requested change alters an approved design.

22. Relationship to refunds

Creative dissatisfaction should generally use available revision rounds where the issue is reasonably correctable. Refund treatment is governed by the Refund & Dispute Policy.

23. Prohibited requests

NEWVERA may refuse revision instructions that are unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or outside reasonable service capabilities.

24. Subjective satisfaction

Design is subjective. Included revisions provide a structured opportunity to refine the work, but they do not guarantee unlimited experimentation until every possible personal preference has been explored.
