This Service Delivery Policy explains when a NEWVERA project begins, how digital work is fulfilled, expected timelines, customer responsibilities and what constitutes delivery.
NEWVERA’s standard branding packages are digital creative services. Normal fulfillment does not involve physical shipment, warehouse handling or postal delivery.
An order is ready for production when payment has succeeded and NEWVERA has received enough complete project information and usable assets to begin the purchased service.
The customer should provide the business name, business activity, audience, visual preferences, existing assets, requested wording and any other information reasonably needed for the chosen package.
If essential information is missing or contradictory, NEWVERA may pause production and ask for clarification. The standard delivery target does not continue running as though the project were ready while NEWVERA is waiting for required information.
For standard packages, NEWVERA generally targets the first design delivery within approximately 2–4 business days after successful payment and receipt of a complete-enough brief.
Business days generally exclude weekends and applicable holidays. A delivery estimate expressed in business days should not be interpreted as a guarantee of calendar-day delivery.
The delivery target is a normal operational goal, not an unconditional promise that every project will be delivered at an exact hour. Complexity, workload, technical problems and customer actions can affect timing.
Where a package includes priority handling, the project may receive priority in NEWVERA’s production queue. Priority handling does not override the need for payment, a complete brief, reasonable scope or unavoidable technical delays.
The first delivery may contain a proposed design direction, preview, presentation or other files appropriate to the package. It is intended for customer review and may not yet be the final exported deliverable.
Standard in-scope revision requests are generally targeted within approximately 1–2 business days after clear consolidated feedback is received, depending on complexity and current workload.
Final delivery occurs after the customer has approved the relevant direction and NEWVERA has prepared the final digital files included in the purchased package.
NEWVERA may use email, downloadable links, cloud storage, Canva links or another reasonable electronic method. The method may vary depending on file size, format and whether an editable platform file is included.
File formats depend on the purchased service. Deliverables may include common raster, vector, PDF or editable platform formats where relevant. A particular source-file format is included only if the package or written agreement says so.
A delivery is generally considered made when NEWVERA sends or makes available the relevant files or access link to the order email or other agreed digital destination.
Customers should check spam, junk, promotions, blocked-sender folders and mailbox storage if an expected email is missing. Support can investigate or resend a valid link where appropriate.
If a delivery link expires or cannot be accessed, contact support with the order information. NEWVERA may reasonably restore access or resend files that remain available.
Customers should download and securely store final deliverables after receipt. NEWVERA does not guarantee indefinite archival storage of every project file or link.
The customer should review delivered designs promptly and provide clear feedback. Delayed review extends the overall completion date.
Late feedback, missing assets, changed instructions or long periods of inactivity may place the project on hold and move later work to the current production queue.
Adding deliverables or materially changing the business name, audience or design direction may require additional time and a separate quote. The original 2–4 business-day target does not automatically apply to a newly expanded scope.
Hosting, email, cloud storage, Canva, payment systems or other providers may occasionally experience outages outside NEWVERA’s control. NEWVERA will use reasonable alternative methods where practical.
If NEWVERA supplies a corrupt export, missing expressly included file or other clear technical delivery error, NEWVERA may correct the problem without treating it as a new creative revision.
Shipping addresses, shipping carriers and tracking numbers are generally not relevant to the standard service because fulfillment is electronic.
A project can be considered fulfilled even if the customer later chooses not to use the files. Refund eligibility is addressed separately in the Refund & Dispute Policy.
