1. Purpose and scope

This Payment Policy explains how NEWVERA LLC handles pricing, payment authorization, processors, receipts, failed charges, duplicate charges, refunds, disputes and related billing matters for digital branding and creative design services.

2. Current package prices

PackagePricePayment type
Starter$29 USDOne-time
Social$49 USDOne-time
Brand Mini$79 USDOne-time
NEWVERA+$88 USDOne-time

Prices may change for future orders. The customer should review the checkout amount before authorizing payment.

3. Currency

NEWVERA’s standard website prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD). A non-U.S. card issuer may display a converted amount in the customer’s local currency.

4. One-time billing

Current standard packages are one-time purchases. They do not create an automatically renewing subscription. Any future recurring service would have to be clearly identified before purchase.

5. Payment methods

Available payment methods are determined by the checkout configuration and payment processor. A payment method shown at one time may not be available in every country, device or transaction.

6. Payment processors

NEWVERA may use Stripe or another reputable provider to securely process transactions. Complete card credentials may be collected directly by the provider. NEWVERA generally receives limited payment metadata such as amount, currency, status and transaction reference.

7. Authorization

By submitting payment, the customer authorizes the stated amount to be charged or otherwise processed for the selected order. The customer represents that they are authorized to use the payment method supplied.

8. When payment is considered successful

An order is treated as paid only after the payment processor reports a successful or otherwise accepted transaction. A pending, failed or reversed authorization may delay production.

9. When production begins

Custom production generally begins after payment succeeds and NEWVERA has received enough project information to begin. Payment alone does not start the creative timeline if the required brief remains incomplete.

10. Taxes

If NEWVERA is legally required to collect tax for a transaction, applicable tax may be calculated or added through checkout or another compliant process.

11. Exchange rates and card-issuer fees

Exchange rates, foreign-transaction fees, cash-advance treatment or other charges imposed by the customer’s bank are outside NEWVERA’s control. NEWVERA receives the USD order amount rather than guaranteeing the customer’s final converted cost.

12. Failed payments

A payment may fail because of issuer controls, incorrect details, insufficient funds, fraud checks, authentication requirements or technical problems. NEWVERA cannot override a financial institution’s authorization decision.

13. Declined transactions

If a transaction is declined, the customer may try an available alternative method or contact the card issuer. NEWVERA should not begin paid production until a valid payment is available.

14. Duplicate payments

A customer who believes the same order was charged more than once should send support the purchase email, approximate date, charged amounts and transaction references if available. NEWVERA will compare those details with available processor records.

15. Incorrect charge amount

If the amount charged materially differs from the amount presented and accepted at checkout, contact support promptly. NEWVERA may review the transaction and correct a verified billing error.

16. Receipts and invoices

Electronic checkout confirmations, processor receipts or NEWVERA-generated records may serve as proof of payment. Customers who require an additional business receipt should contact support with their transaction information.

17. Add-ons and additional scope

Additional deliverables, extra revisions or material scope changes may require a separate quote. NEWVERA will not intentionally begin separately billable additional work without communicating the relevant price or payment requirement.

18. Tips, donations and unrelated charges

Standard package prices are consideration for the design service. NEWVERA does not characterize required service payments as donations. Any optional payment type would be identified separately if introduced.

19. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on project status, work performed, delivery and applicable law. Approved refunds are generally returned through the payment method or processor used for the purchase where possible.

20. Refund processing time

NEWVERA may submit an approved refund promptly after a decision, but the time for the credit to appear is controlled by the payment provider, card network and bank. Posting can take additional business days.

21. Chargebacks

Customers should contact NEWVERA first when possible. If a chargeback is filed, NEWVERA may submit transaction records, accepted terms, delivery evidence and project communications to the processor or issuer.

22. Unauthorized payment claims

Anyone who believes their payment method was used without permission should contact both NEWVERA and the relevant financial institution promptly. NEWVERA may cooperate with the processor’s investigation.

23. Fraud prevention

NEWVERA and its processors may use reasonable fraud-prevention measures. Suspicious orders may be delayed, declined, canceled or reviewed before creative production begins.

24. Data handling

Payment-related personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. NEWVERA does not require customers to email full payment-card numbers or card security codes for ordinary support.
